HGUC Z Gundam Review 1

Hellloowww!!!
Merry Wonderfuller Christmas 2011!!!

Like stated from my previous post, I was thinking what should I do next, whether it is the Hrairoo, Victory Gundam, or Zeta Gundam. Well......, since the Hrairoo is not available yet in the local store (with reasonable price), I guess I'll just go with the Zeta Gundam.

Then here we go!!

What should I do next... Hrairoo? Victory? Zeta?

Aaaa...... so it's December already hahaha, I'm really a lazy blogger after all.

So long story short, on November 2011 I moved to my new residence. Everything is reprepared, only the HGUC Nu Gundam and MG Victory Gundam that I brought with me at the time though.

So now then, even though I wasn't blogging all the time, the passion for gunpla still there....... The passion to show off hahahahaha...

OK then, I'm still continuing with my babbling here....

Unicorn Gundam Modification : Review 3

Hey, how are you guys hahahaha. It is almost the end of the year, and there are many IT projects to be implemented here, speaking about achievements hahaha. How about your activities there?

So, in this post I'll sum up what I did, the modification of the HGUC Unicorn Gundam - Destroy Mode. This guy is "un-"surprisingly modifiable...... (I wonder modifiable is even the correct word)
Then, let's start with it....

The Bloody Unicorn Gundam : Review 2

Continuing from the last post, what I'm gonna share here is about the possibility of using only the semi innerframe (which is the psychoframe) for the Unicorn Gundam to stand, which resulting the picture shown below. As for the arms parts, it is indeed possible.... But what about the rest of the parts? Let's see...

The Bloody Unicorn Gundam : Review 1

Well, if you're asking what's with the title....... It's not about the red psychoframe that I'm gonna expose in this HGUC Unicorn. Oh for you guys who doesn't know, this is HGUC Unicorn Gundam - Destroy Mode we are seeing here, priced around 1800 Yen.

Back again, the "bloody" thing actually comes from the blood I spill on this guy...

The Bloody Unicorn Gundam!! Ikeeee!!!

Howdy buddies, by just looking at these pictures, it must be obvious that this one is the Unicorn Gundam, from the HGUC line that is. But.... let's do something different.

Fufufufu, I'm quite excited what this will turn out.

Oh yeah, I'm finally healed.

Post Amuro UC Gundams

Despite the long war happened in the earlier UC series, the war still continues onward up till almost a century later. Amuro, along with his famous Nu Gundam say bye-bye to the Gundam world in Char's Counterattack.
But nevertheless, Gundams still exists even after his death.

HGUC RX93 Nu Gundam Review 1

First of all, I think the gunpla modeling world is interesting. Each modeler has their own way to make their gunplas more appealing.
Some fellows choose to paint their gunpla according to the original scheme, panel line, or do some modifications. And some other fellows choose to paint their gunpla in different schemes, or even making dioramas.

For that case, I choose just to make a clean build on my gunpla, no panel line, no paint, and whatsoever, although usually it's not as clean as I want...
As for this babe, the HGUC Nu Gundam, it's the second HG unit which got my special treatment to put decals on it (The first being the FA7th Gundam). Yep, I choose to make my gunpla more appealing through decals.
This treatment basically because it's one of the first HGs which astonished me with the good look.

HGUC Unicorn Gundam Review 1

Hohoho, so it's Sunday evening, tomorrow will be working as usual, *yawn, so sleepy . Last Saturday, I spent some of my time to build this unit. I'm talking about the HGUC Unicorn here, the Unicorn mode...

I know that the HGUC Unicorn has been out for a long time, I even saw some reviews back then around late 2009. *Yes, it was two years ago. Now then, aside from that, rather than a thorough review I just want to express my awe to this babe. Here we go then...

Passion for Macro Photography

Well, a month goes by, really... it's that fast...

Last month I was thinking about "I won't post anything, till I find how to take the photos better..".
And up till now, I haven't got the clue 'bout that... Hahaha, just haven't got the time prioritized to research on that.
For people who cares to read what I'm babbling about, here it is... :D

HGUC Delta Plus Review 1

Howdy gunpla lovers, canopy's back from the long break hahaha (before going for another break... err....).
This one, this post... Well I know that the HGUC Delta Plus is kinda "not new" now, but oh well, still I want to share about this babe.

Actually I've already finish this at January 16th 2011, but Delta Plus didn't get enough love from me at the time.
Planned to paint it gold, but immediately cancel it due to the house circumstances.
I was only cutting and leave the nubmarks be, and then after transformed it into its Wave Rider Mode, I just put it in the box. This was because of at that time, my son (the baby) was sleeping beside me when I was building it (the table for building gunpla was beside my son's bed). So I put extra caution for not doing any sound.

So yesterday, I just happen to take out the Delta Plus's box, and found this unit inside. Further inspection, I found that this unit is really really heavily infested with the nubmarks. So while everyone asleep, I take this unit outside and start "unsnap" all of the components and clean it from scratch.

MG RX93-2 Hi-Nu Gundam Review 1

Hahaha, now a bit deviation from what I planned in the previous post.

The Master Grade, RX93-2 Hi-Nu Gundam, it has so many parts to be build, about 20 runners. Compare it with the regular MGs that has about 10-15 runners. But seeing the manual, actually it's quite straight forward, at least easier than the transformable mobile suit like Victory Gundam. It was released in 2007, so it's actually quite old now.

Well now, this review is actually more into "subjective", my personal taste, as I love the Hi-Nu Gundam, so you'd expect many positive things come from me hahaha. And moreover, this post is long, just prepare your time to read, or just enjoy the photos hehehe.

And then.....
I prefer to build the easiest parts from my point of view, so here it is....

HGUC FA-78-3 Full Armor Gundam 7th Review 2

Yo, back @ canopy's. This week, really no mood @ the office (or doing any other things), got sick from last Friday to Tuesday, a throat ache it is. And just today's morning I got better, well... being healthy is truly a blessing. Thanks God for giving me good health....

Oh anyway, to the topic then. I was searching what was missing, and so I found that I haven't taking pics of my  FA78-3. Sooooo.... There you go.....

So basicaly this one is before I put the decals on this unit, the clean build. The below pics shows the one with decals....

Finally, back to blogging - an MG Hi-Nu start?

Phew, haloha guys n gals, canopy's here...

As you might know, I was taking a 2 months training, which is basically one of the condition for my new position. The last assignment is over, and we had our closing ceremony in one Chinese restaurant. All the trainees felt happy about this of course hahaha.

Now then, as a prize for my ownself, for finishing this training.... I bought myself a....... Master Grade Hi-Nu Gundam. Hohohoho, how I've wanted this for a very long time.
Some time about a year ago, I saw that this unit only cost US$60........ heck that was cheap. But... I was just 5 minutes too late (sing Michael Learns to Rock), the unit has been bought by another person.
But anyway, I got this babe on Thursday for about US$80 (Rp. 740.000), well not bad...

OK then, for the start, I tried to test out the RG RX78-2 Gundam's pose. I'd say the RG never failed to amaze me with the articulation. Also added apply decals into it, not all of them though, 'cause I think the red stripes are no good. The Papa Gundam's realistic decals are nice, less visible than your usual clear stickers.
Also added some decals on my HGUC Full Armor 7th Gundam here.

And.... tried to give some love to some of my Gundams...

Hoooo, so when will I start to build the MG Hi-Nu then??
Well that's all for now, cya then hehe.

HGUC Hi-Nu Gundam Act 1 : V-Dash Weapons

Hahaha, after I built the MG V-Dash weapons, this HGUC Hi-Nu just happen to be in front of me. Intrigued, I tried to put them to the Hi-Nu. Surprisingly they fit very well hahaha.

V-Dash's weapons are small enough, I think they can fit to almost all the HGUC lines, just be reminded to have set of hands that have large hole. In this case I use the HGUC Stamen's hands which fit very well too.

MG V-Dash Gundam Review 1

Maaan, it's been a long time since the last time I build an MG (Master Grade it is). Well, this prove to be quite a challenge since I usually build HGs. I planned to build all four core fighters on the first day, but after seeing how much time that I spend to make just one (it's about 3 hours), it will be change of plan..... I think weapons and other small things first hahaha.

Here's a glimpse of V-Dash's Beam Smartgun.

MG V-Dash Gundam Intro

Howdy, so how's life? Recently I got a V Gundam's fansub anime. Watched the opening song, and hey... the V Gundam is actually cool, like it. The transformation scene in the opening is smooth, with V-Dash already out in the first opening, unlike Zeta which came out in the second opening. Hey... this is a 1993's anime, that makes it about 17 years now. Can't believe they already designed this babe back then.

So then I remembered I have a V-Dash in stock, and immediately grab it out. I got this unit for a sale, around USD50 I think, before X'Mas.

RG RX78-2 Gundam Review 2

Hahaha, finally post this Papa Gundam's Act 1 section. It's almost a month I think, from the day I built this unit. It's just, I was too lazy to set the backdrop for the photo shooting section. Even after I took some pictures of the RG RX78-2, I still think that this unit could pose better than the one in this post. So maybe an second photo session for this unit later on.

Some of the pics seems to be having problem with the white balance, maybe I'll adjust that later too. Well then, enjoy the pics folks.
